Enjoy a fully-equipped private room close to beaches and shops. The room features a comfortable bed and a bay opening onto a balcony offering natural light. The open kitchen and living space are perfect for getting to know my travelers. A bathroom and separate toilet are available upstairs. The garden has deckchairs for relaxing. The beach is nearby (900m on foot).

I had an excellent stay at Brice's place! The apartment was perfectly in line with the listing: clean, well-located, comfortable and very well equipped. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, with little touches that really made the difference. Communication was smooth from start to finish.
