I am a single gay professional man living near beautiful downtown St Petersburg. I am an Artist & Teacher and I live in a 1920 Bungalow in a Historic neighborhood, which is also an Artist Enclave. I love entertaining guests and meeting new people; I have been here 30 yrs and know much about the city and what it has to offer. I am also a Docent at the world famous Dali Museum and I can inform you all about an Art Museum or Art event you are interested. I also very much enjoy our beautiful beaches, I call it Beach Therapy!

Dwayne is a super accommodating and friendly host. The location is amazing and central in the St. Petersburg area. His interior design and artwork throughout his house were enjoyable to see. His dog is very friendly and sweet. He made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay and made coffee for me each morning. I highly recommend for anyone looking.

It was wonderful staying with Dwayne and his sweet and affectionate dog. Everything was as I hoped for. I was busy during the day so I could not interact too much with Dwayne, but the time that we spent together was very nice. The room was cozy. Parking was no problem. I definitely will stay again on my next trip to Saint Pete
