Built in 1920, renovated in 2010, almost 1200 square-foot beautifully decorated with nice front porch and large back deck. The Zen backyard is beautiful with a wall of bamboo, hot tub, Chimenea and artist studio. Homeowner is an artist and very knowledgeable of Saint Petersburg. The location is great, only one block from Central Avenue, which is full of restaurants, breweries, interesting shops, antique stores and exciting nightlife!

I am a single gay professional man living near beautiful downtown St Petersburg. I am an Artist & Teacher and I live in a 1920 Bungalow in a Historic neighborhood, which is also an Artist Enclave. I love entertaining guests and meeting new people; I have been here 30 yrs and know much about the city and what it has to offer. I am also a Docent at the world famous Dali Museum and I can inform you all about an Art Museum or Art event you are interested. I also very much enjoy our beautiful beaches, I call it Beach Therapy!
