Welcome to our incredible Casa Tríplex, next to Allianz Parque, SESC Pompeia, Bourbon Shopping, supermarkets and gastronomic centers.

The house is spacious and has a living room, a reading area, two SmartTVs, high-speed internet, two bedrooms (one en suite), two bathrooms, a home office, a laundry area, a terrace and a fully-equipped kitchen.

It also has three outdoor areas, one of which is on the roof. The house offers a unique accommodation experience in São Paulo.

The house has three floors. It has two bedrooms, one of which is a suite, perfect for couples or small groups of friends or families. The suite has two comfortable beds and a private bathroom, with clean towels and sheets available for guests to use.

In addition, the house has a full kitchen equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare delicious meals.

There is also a water filter available so you can drink clean, fresh water throughout your stay.

The dining room has enough space to comfortably seat all guests, and there is a smart TV available for guests to use in the living room, with additional space for reading or relaxing.

The garden and large backyard are ideal for spending relaxing moments outdoors, whether it's having breakfast, reading a book or simply soaking up the sun. There is also an additional bathroom in the living area, making it easy for guests to use.

The backyard on the third floor is another pleasant space with a view of the neighborhood and the surrounding area, perfect for watching the sunset. The terrace on the second floor is another cozy space, ideal for enjoying the view of the neighborhood.

The laundry room is also available for guests to use, with a washing machine, clothesline and iron. The location of the house is another highlight, as it is close to everything that is good in the neighborhood, such as stores, services and markets.

Guests have full access to the main entrance of the property, the living room on the second floor, the entire second floor and the open area on the third floor.

Under no circumstances are guests allowed to enter, stay or move around in the restricted areas (the room next to the main entrance, the internal part of the second floor, the external area of the second floor and the room on the third floor).

Check-in and Check-out Check-in is in person and takes place between 14:00-14:30 at the address of the house. If you need alternative times (early check-in), please let us know at least 42 hours before check-in. Fees may apply; check availability and rates, ask me.
