Apartment in Barra. Private room with study desk/office

The rooms in the ad are part of a cozy and spacious apartment, surrounded by a lot of love and decorated with affection, bringing warmth and simplicity, being on the 3rd floor and with a great view. Building with two entrances, bus stop in front, with routes to the main points of the city. Excellent for carnival. We are close to Shopping Barra, markets, pharmacies, bakeries and 800m from Barra beach. The room is naturally well ventilated, but has ceiling fans, a queen bed and a wardrobe, and blackout curtains on the windows. The shared areas are pleasant and quiet, with internet, WI-FI with a great signal throughout the apartment. I'm very sociable and love receiving people, but I leave everyone free to interact as much as they like. It's important to note that I or another host will necessarily be present during your stay. I should also point out that our four-legged daughter (Shitzu), ******** cute and sociable.
