The kitchen and laundry area can be used without any problems. In the kitchen, guests can prepare snacks and small meals. You can use the washing machine and iron. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. There is an outside leisure area that is free for smoking. It is not appropriate to sleep in the living room and eat meals in the bedroom. We have a beautiful, docile dog called Frida Kahlo (a real cutie). We do not allow parties in the apartment. Residential building.

Gilberto and Tiago are a very nice couple. They made you feel welcome in their apartment. The bedroom has a nice bed and good airco. We were free to use the living room as well. The place was cozy and it s location is very close to both Copacabana and Ipanema beach. Would definitely recommend their place.
