I’m offering a private room with a double bed and direct access to a pleasant outdoor terrace of about 12 m2. Located on the ground floor of a modern, quiet, and secure building, this space offers the perfect setting for a vacation, cultural trip, or business stay.

🐕 I also share the space with a very old Golden Retriever who is particularly calm, affectionate, and perfectly well-behaved. He’s often one of the travelers’ favorite memories!
