Hello I m living in Beyoglu area which is ******** meters to Istiklal street and also 400 meter to Şişhane metro station, 200 meter to ferry station. I live alone, I was living with my cat and this year he became an angel. I m a traveller also, have been 60+ countries. I like to share my home for foreigners, you can host your guest also ( in your own room) Commen areas must be clean and tidy, You will have a seperate room and which has 2 single bed. Self check in is possible, i have smart key with password. When u book, i will send you how to check in by yourself easy. Nice to meet you

Ivan was a very charismatic world traveller who has so graciously agreed to let me stayed at his apartment. His apartment is Ivan who is living the time of his life; full of memorabilia from the past and present. The location is a thumbs up as I hardly need to use transportations as Beyoglu is within walking distances to popular districts like Istiklal, Cahingir, Galata and Taksim. The area has a very old charm and local food are recommendable. Ivan also shared tips of do's and dont's around Istanbul. We met briefly but the good impression of a nice caring person lasts. A big thank you to Ivan. From the get-go Ivan was very quick to respond as well as excellent communication running up to my trip. I was able to check in and out myself and so didn't need to worry too much about timing etc which is a huge pro. I was treated on my first morning with breakfast which wasn't planned and was a really nice gesture. I was very happy overall and would for sure stay again. It's my second time in Istanbul and I really love the city's vibe.
