This newly finished daylight basement apartment is a cozy, bright space. It features a private entrance and a large kitchen with counter seating and a living room area with smart TV and induction burner. We have several house pets on the property, so unfortunately, we cannot accept any guest pets. The space is accessible only by stairs due to its location on the property, but is a one level unit once inside. It's located 5 min from Whitworth University and 15 min from Downtown Spokane. There is a second ensuite bedroom available adjacent to the first bedroom which may be booked in tandem only. Please message us.

We are ten minutes from the Garland district which has several LGBTQ+ establishments. Our location near the North Division Y makes Mt Spokane and 49 Degrees North easily accessible. We are also very close to Riverside State Park for hiking and biking. We would also happily shuttle you for a Little Spokane River float, if you have your own boats. There is a big Park'n Ride facility nearby for easy bus access to events downtown, like Spokane Pride Parade June 8th, 2024.

Please park in the space provided, street parking is okay but not preferred. We are friendly hosts, but also work full-time and generally go to bed by 10pm. That being said, the space is very well insulated, so no need to walk on eggshells.
