Independant studio in a house in the best, the most secure and modern district in Sofia. It is on a walking distance from the city center. In one of the best boulevard of the city, extremely well communicated. The equipment is new and functional. It is next to the biggest mall in Sofia. Next to a park and in front of a supermarket. There is a Wi-Fi, aircondition and hot water. The bathroom is small but practic. There is a front and back yard. There is a metro, trams and buses next to the place. The big and nice gym is next to it. There are some places for cheap but homemade delicious food nearby.

Apartment is perfect for solo travelers. Perfect location close to metro train, restaurants, shoppings, parks and everything else. Apartment had all the necessities with a grocery across the street. Place was exactly as described and safe and clean. Communication with Nikolay was easy and helpful with information. Highly recommend

The studio is perfect for one person. Despite being small it's very well planned and functional, with all the utilities a person needs. Nikolay was beyond helpful and attentive. Communication with him was excellent and he made sure I was having a comfortable stay. I pointed out the only downside of the studio is the lack of a proper mattress and I know he will make sure to get one for future guests :) All in all a really good value for money!
