Beautiful apartment recently renovated, is located in a middle-class residential area in San Juan, on the first floor of a two story house, is decorated in a boho chic style, lovely private patio with a hot tub, is located 15 minutes from the SJU airport, 20 minutes from old San Juan, near principal malls such as:

Escorial plaza - 3 minutes Carolina mall plaza - 5 minutes Old San Juan mall - 10 minutes Canóvanas outlet - 15 minutes Plaza las americas - 20 minutes

Self check -in with the lockbox Check in 4:00pm- check out 11am.

Note: we have security cameras located at all entry points of the property starting from the parking in the outside area until the principal doors.

* Minors under 12 should always be with an adult if using the Jacuzzi.

Check-in is after 4:00pm Check-out before 11:00am Self check-in with lock-box During your stay: - 4 guest max - no pets - quiet hours between 23:00 to 06:00 - no parties or events - commercial photography allowed - no smoking (smoking is allowed outside of the property) HOT TUB RULES -Shower Required Prior to Entry -Enter and exit the Hot Tub slowly -Please no jumping of diving -Do not bring glass, food, candles or flower petal in or near to the hot tub -Do no enter if the temperature is over 104 degrees -Cool of every 15-30 minutes - Consult your doctor prior to use - Please replace Spa cover after each use - Please do not sit or lie down on the cover - Please turn off high jets after use - Please do not use soap or oils in the Hot Tub - Age 12 and under require adult supervision - Owner not responsible for accident or injuries _ IF THE RULES ARE NOT RESPECTEC AND THE HOT TUB SUFFER DAMAGED DUE TO MISUSE, THE GUEST WILL BE FINED $100.00
