We have worked hard to make the home comfortable, clean, fun and ready for your stay. Please take a moment to read through the house manual so you can familiarize yourself with the rules, utilities, safety policies, and maintenance instructions. Purpose of the House Manual The purpose of this house manual is to provide guests staying at an ******** with comprehensive information about the house, its rules, utilities, safety policies, maintenance instructions, and contact information. It serves as an important guide for guests so they can make the most of their stay and be aware of all the expectations while they are in the house. 2. House Rules · Respect the property and its contents. · No cigarette smoke inside the house. When smoking, always use ashtrays to protect property. · No pets allowed. · No parties or events. · Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 11pm on weekdays and 1am on weekends. · No additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation. · No illegal activities. · No tampering with the security system. · Follow posted guidance throughout home, including do not enter signs. · Commercial filming is permitted only with the expressed permission of the host. To obtain permission, please contact host prior to booking. · Leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived—it can be messy but nothing should be broken, destroyed or missing. See Section 5: Maintenance. 3. Check-in/Check-out Procedures a. Check-in · Find the round lockbox to the left of the front gate. This code will be in letters, not numbers. Enter the code and twist the container from the bottom to access the keys. · Remove the key by twisting the container from the lockbox, and scramble the code. · To unlock front-gate turn the key twice and release the pull latch on the left-hand side of the lock. · Proceed to the patio gate. This will be unlocked, but the pull bar may be engaged. To release, place hand through the center-hole, reach down and grab the pull bar handle and pull to the left. Close patio gate after you enter. · Proceed to the Brown and Glass door to the left of the patio, and enter your Keypad code, followed by the # sign · Find the driveway controller on the white dinning table in the main blue living room. b. Check-out · Verify that you have packed all of your belongings. · Laundry: Please leave used linens on the bed and used towels on the bathroom towel-racks. · Dishes: Place all dishes in the kitchen sink. You do not need to wash them. · ACs: Set all ACs to 76-degrees Fahrenheit. Leave 2 controllers on the TV console in the living room and 1 controller in the master bedroom. · Power: Turn off all lights and electric appliances (
