CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INFORMATION As we want our guests to have a carefree stay, we don't like surprises for both parties. That is why we recommend you to read all the information below. -Normal check-in time at 15:00 and normal check-out time at 11:00 -Flexible check-in or check-out time is possible. This policy only applies when the booking calendar allows (no guests check in or check out on the same day). - We charge a BRL 150.00 fee for check-in and check-out after business hours (before 8:00 a.m. after 6:00 p.m.). CLEANING - We charge a one-time cleaning fee of 250.00 BRL on ********. The apartment will be cleaned at check-in and fresh towels are provided. VISITS - The number of guests must be indicated in the reservation request. Adding more guests after booking will only be allowed if agreed upon. -GUEST CANCELLATION -The cancellation policy is "strict policy". Guests can find the cancellation policy on the booking confirmation. LIABILITY - All properties are privately owned; owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illnesses occurring during the stay or on their premises. Owners are not responsible for loss of guest's personal belongings or valuables. The guest shall be liable for any fines that may be imposed due to violation of any law, convention or internal regulations of the building in which the apartment is located. The fine shall be paid prior to departure, as soon as the owners have been notified of the reason and the amount of the fine. GROUNDS FOR EVICTION - In the event that the guest has problems with the police related to illegal drugs or any other illegal behavior in Brazil, the owners will not be able to help the guest in any way, and will proceed to evict the guest immediately, without any refund. Grounds for eviction: -Disturbance to neighbors, noisy parties, prostitution, negligence, drugs, damage to property or any other disruptive behavior. -No loud parties or noise after 22:00 (Brazilian law states that loud noises must stop before 22:00). -If eviction occurs, the guest will receive a notice from the concierge or the owner of the house. -If eviction occurs, the guest will receive a notice from the concierge or the owner of the house.
