50sqm apartment on 19th floor with amazing view on Metropolitan Government Building and Shinjuku Skyline, in a modern mansion from 2012 with 2 elevators.
Apartment’s features:
- 1 bedroom with semi-double bed and 1 bed sofa in the living room.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave/oven, gas stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary table/glassware.
- Japanese-style bathroom with bathtub and shower space, washing machine, separate automatic toilet with heated seat.
- Large balcony with 2 seats/1 table and a bench to enjoy the view.
Ideal location to explore whole Tokyo:
- 8 minutes walk from 2 metro lines: Oedo Line (E) at Nishishinjuku-Gochome Station and Shinjuku Line (S) at Hatsudai Station. Both lines serving Shinjuku Station.
- Only 1 stop away from Shinjuku Station and 2 stops from the gay district Shinjuku Nichome.
- Direct bus line to Shibuya Station, with bus stop next to the building.
