50sqm apartment on 19th floor with amazing view on Metropolitan Government Building and Shinjuku Skyline, in a modern mansion from 2012 with 2 elevators.
Apartment’s features: - 1 bedroom with semi-double bed and 1 bed sofa in the living room. - Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave/oven, gas stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary table/glassware. - Japanese-style bathroom with bathtub and shower space, washing machine, separate automatic toilet with heated seat. - Large balcony with 2 seats/1 table and a bench to enjoy the view.
Ideal location to explore whole Tokyo: - 8 minutes walk from 2 metro lines: Oedo Line (E) at Nishishinjuku-Gochome Station and Shinjuku Line (S) at Hatsudai Station. Both lines serving Shinjuku Station. - Only 1 stop away from Shinjuku Station and 2 stops from the gay district Shinjuku Nichome. - Direct bus line to Shibuya Station, with bus stop next to the building.
The check-in can be done independently by accessing the mailbox, making your arrival easier outside the usual reception hours.

I'm a French-German guy who lived in Japan more than 10 years. I was moving in May 2025 to Taiwan for Love but still have my own place in Tokyo. I'm happy to welcome you there if you're looking for a cozy place to stay with a great view on the Shinjuku Skyline.
The apartment is about 50sqm and divided into 2 main areas: Living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa bed for 1-2 people, then the bedroom with walking-closet and semi-double bed (Japanese standard, 120cm wide). All fully furnished and well equipped since I lived there (and I keep staying there once a month for work).
I really enjoy this amazing city and can provide many tips and information about sightseeing, museums, shopping areas, cafés/restaurants or night life according to your preferences.
My place is pretty close to all main Shinjuku attractions: Tokyo Metropolitan Government building, department stores, Kabukicho, Golden Gai and of course the main gay area Nichome (only 2 metro stops away). You can also easily access Shibuya by bus: the bus stop is next to the building, and it takes only 20 minutes.
Btw, I speak English, German, French, 日本語ちょっとだけ ;)

All amenities and some private stuff are still in the apartment (mostly in the storage room). Please behave respectfully as if it would your own place. Neighbors complain easily after 10pm when music is too loud or if people are taking loudly on the balcony. Please stay quiet, thank you in advance for your cooperation :)

We had a wonderful time at Loic's place, in his superb apartment, very functional with a breathtaking view of Shinjuku. The metro is nearby as well as small convenience stores for daily shopping. The air conditioning was a valuable plus. Loic was very attentive and gave us good advice during our stay. I highly recommend and without hesitation his apartment if you pass through TOKYO.

I stayed at Loïc's lovely apartment for my holiday vacation and had a wonderful experience. The place has an amazing view and feels super homey and comfortable. The location is also super convenient, just a few stops from Nichome (queer nightlife). Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Loic's apartment is cosy cute and very clean. well equiped you have all you need for a short or long stay. from the 19th floor the view over Shinjuku and the Tokyo city hall is stunning. you are 20mn walk away from the heart of Shinjuku. 15mn walk from 2 subway lines. 1 bus line (64) almost in front of the building. 2 small but convenient supermarkets 50m away. i enjoyed a lot my stay in this apartment

What a privilege to stay in Loïc's AMAZING apartment - if you're looking for a Tokyo home-away, and it happens to be available, reach out. A fantastic location in Tokyo, transport at the door or 5 mins away in either direction (two major lines) and a view that can't be rivalled. A very big and tidy place with a separate bedroom, big living room & bathroom plus a fully equipped kitchen and a deck looking out towards the Tokyo administration towers. Wow. Super generous and lovely host - awesome
