Peaceful Austin Home with Backyard Chickens

I hope you enjoy your stay here in my cozy home. The simple furnished bedroom faces the backyard and gets beautiful morning light (it has mostly blackout curtains). The bathroom is not attached but directly next to the bedroom.

There are chickens living in the backyard! They are mostly in an enclosed space, but sometimes they will roam the backyard freely.

The shared living space includes a modern kitchen (with essential kitchenware) connected to the living room. The living room has a couch next to a fireplace and a 75in TV. The foyer has an extra large exercise mat for stretching or yoga.

The location: The home is located near the intersection of I-35 and US-183, so it has good access to various locations in Austin (Downtown: 17min, Domain: 13min, Costco: 10min). It is in a cozy neighborhood where a good number of residents take a stroll in the evening. It is not within walking distance to places of interest, so you will need a car/motorcycle to get around town.

About me: I'm a 30 something easy-going person who enjoys outdoor activities, checking out coffee shops and breweries, traveling, and staying active. I have a sweet tooth, so I sometimes bake desserts.
