I am so excited that I am able to share my guest room with you on your wonderful vaction. In order to make your experince more enjoyable, please take time to review some of the homeowners rules, most of which is just common sense: *Since the owner and his roomate will be staying on the propery when you are here, because of our work schedules, there needs to be quiet hours weekdays 10:00pm to 9:00am Sundays through Fridays, *The local community (Wells Branch Municipal Utility District) demands that we mention that all ******** guests are resposible for their own behavior and any guest's behavior and all the local laws of Travis County. “This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Loud music, parties, and any other activities that may disturb neighbors are not permitted per the legal covenants governing the property. Violation of this neighborhood policy will result in ejection without refund." *There is free street parking in front of house. *You will have direct access to the guestroom via yard-gate from the street. *You have access to the main house for bathroom access via sunroom *In the main house, you will have access to the downstais 1/2 bath and upstairs full bath. The upstairs full bath is shared. Manny my roomate needs access to that bathroom from 10-12am and again from 7-9pm. Please respect his schedule and shower at another time, and PLEASE keep this bathoom clean. *Kitchen and other parts of the main house ARE NOT common areas. The sunroom is. You are responsible for your own laundry. *You are responsible for any damaged or stolen items in the your guest room and main house. *Smoking is not allowed in the guestroom or the main house. *There is NO MAID SERVICE here at casa surrender. Please pick up after yourself in the bathrooms and when you leave. I will be on the property most of the time during your stay, Myself and my roomate will be very happy to help you if you have any questions regarding your stay and Austin itself.
