Visits are not allowed without prior authorization and payment. Check-out is until 11 a.m., I count on your punctuality. You agree to respect all the rules of the condominium during your tenancy. In the event of any kind of fine during the tenancy, it will be duly charged. If you notice any damage to any item in the property, please notify us at check-in. If you use more bed linen than was initially provided, a fee of R$ 35.00 per set will be charged. If you smoke, please use the balcony. Front and back photos of all occupants' documents will be requested to authorize access to the property and must be sent no later than 6 hours before check-in time. After this time, if the documents have not been sent as instructed, check-in will not take place. Check-in can take place at any time after 2pm, as long as the above documentation submission rule is respected. Please do not use the bath and hand towels to wipe off make-up. Towels and bed linen that are excessively dirty due to misuse, make-up stains or any other contaminant that makes it impossible to clean the item, will result in the item being charged for. Common areas are subject to unavailability due to occasional maintenance and/or preventive cleaning. Jacuzzis need to be booked in advance. At check-out, make sure you have collected all your personal belongings to avoid forgetting them. We are not responsible for items left in the property after you have checked out.
