Located in the central region, it has easy access to all parts of the city via the Ring Road and is close to the central bus terminal, great for those coming to the city to work or study. It is close to the City Park, landscaped by Roberto Burle Marx, where you can practice physical activity, enjoy the scenery and nature, as well as music concerts and other cultural activities. The city is located in the Paraiba Valley between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, and despite being a large city it retains the tranquillity of the countryside. São Paulo is 1h away by car or 1h15min by bus, with one of the best Lgbts nights in the world, cultural and gastronomic tours, and the journey to the north coast takes an average of 1h15min by car or 1h30min by bus. 1h 30m by bus, with beautiful beaches with warm waters, to visit the mountains the best option is to take a bus in front of the house and in less than 1h you arrive at Monteiro Lobato and following another 30min. you arrive at São Francisco Xavier, on a beautiful road that is worth the ride, there are waterfalls an exuberant Atlantic forest, delicious and cheap regional caipira food. The house is an excellent option for those who like to travel off the beaten track, taking advantage of better prices, getting to know the local culture and still having access to the most interesting tourist attractions in the state of São Paulo.
