Located in the historic Crescent Lake neighborhood, you will find the Urban Retreat. It is one of only 10 units on our property. Within walking distance is Crescent Lake Park, featuring walking trails, green spaces, pickleball courts, and a dog park. The 4th Street corridor is abundant with restaurants, shops, and the historic Sunken Gardens. Downtown St. Pete is approximately a mile away, boasting over a dozen museums, shopping venues, numerous restaurants, bars, and a vibrant waterfront.

Host recommendations
We appreciate entertaining family and friends on vacation, but please no parties, no disturbing neighbors from 10pm-8am. Please leave the unit in the same condition you found it. We don't expect you to deep clean, but please sweep and/or mop up any messes. Take out the garbage. If you use the sofa bed, please leave open and remove bed linens. If we have to do excessive cleaning because the rules were not followed, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $80. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of tobacco, marijuana, nicotine, or anything else inside the unit. There will be an additional $50 cleaning fee added if we smell smoke of any kind or find butts in the unit. If you smoke outside, please use an ashtray. Dispose of butts and ashes properly. Do not throw butts or ashes into the yard, if we find anything in the yard, you will be charged an additional $25 clean up fee. Thank you Crescent Lake Rentals LLC management team
