The view of Graz is simply unbeatable. We are on the top floor. From the room as well as from the balcony you can see the entire city center and the Schlossberg with the clock tower - the landmark of Graz.
We are in the penthouse, which means that there is no one above us and there are no noisy neighbors.
It's always light on the 11th floor, unless you lower the blinds, then it's pitch black as long as you want to sleep.
I'm a musician and masseur and am always happy to meet interesting people and have conversations. But I don't actively seek out contact. I'm just as happy if someone wants to be left alone and we don't meet at all.

Dear Guest, Our apartment is a shared flat. Jakob (very nice, not gay) and I (very nice, gay) share the apartment with you. We keep everything quite clean and are happy if you do the same. You get the key to the apartment. The front door is always locked. Smoking on the balcony is allowed. We do not have pets. The area is very quiet at night. You may use everything, from the kitchen to the bathtub (which even has room for 2). That's all it is.
