The Casita is a detached, comfortable 624 sq. ft. space with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with full kitchen and an open-concept living room. Walk through the beautiful patio to access your separate entryway door and keypad.
You will have full access to a dedicated parking space (or two, if needed) at the front of the property.

Secluded but still central, the Casita is a true home away from home. The Casita matches the 1920s architecture of the main property offering a modern take on comfortable city living. Return to a comfortable space to cool down after a hot evening on the river, or discover the al-fresco charm of the patio. Listen to the birds chirp with a morning coffee before starting your day in Historic San Antonio. Romanticize the clicking of the train wheels as it passes nearby. Listen to the jingle of the ice cream truck and feel a wave of nostalgia wash over you.
The casita can comfortably accommodate 4 guests with the pull-out queen sized couch mattress. Additional sheets and pillows are available.
The owner lives in the front unit of the property and will be on-site during the majority or all of your stay. The property is two houses down from an active train track.

2015 Place is a quaint gay bar with a patio, affordable drinks, and friendly people. A great place to walk to! New Businesses are moving into the neighborhood as well, such as Beacon Hill Deli, Bright Coffee, Roundabout, a French restaurant named Julia's, and a brand new wine bar. Walk from the casita for the added neighborhood feel!

If checking in before 10 a.m., please just shoot me a message. Please use the grill with care, and be courteous to neighbors. Please clean the grill after use. Make sure to only use the grill in areas that are properly ventilated and free of debris that may burn if exposed to extreme heat. Central Texas has seen extreme drought conditions prevail in the last couple years with no end in sight. Therefore, please be aware of any wildfire-producing weather conditions, and refrain from grill use if these conditions are present. Under wildfire watch conditions, we reserve the right to remove access to the grill. Our grills are stored in our garage, so it's in your best interest to give us a heads up if you plan on grilling so we can check the conditions and set up the patio for you to have easy access! If you bring bikes and need somewhere to lock and store them safely, please let me know and I am happy to accommodate. There are no laundry machines in the casita, but if you need to wash a load of clothes or need refreshed sheets, feel free to reach out to us! There is no parking directly in front of the property.
