All on the top floor with elevator in a completely renovated 1902 Art Nouveau condominium. Apartment shared with the owner who works outside the house all day. Excellent bus and cab connections from the station. A 10-minute walk to the historic center and 20 minutes to the central station. Free or paid parking in the area. Lots of typical restaurants nearby

Marco is precise, available and gave us plenty of information about the city. The bedroom is small but comfortable, the apartment is super cool and in a very central location. Highly recommended!

Marco was a great host, and has a very good head on his shoulders. Really had the pleasure of spending time in some hidden places by the coast including a cultural visit to an osmica for really good food and learning about local vibes and history. Met his friends as well downtown for spritzone! Location was really good, just outside city center. All the major stops nearby are within walkable distance. Communication was really good. Bedroom is small. Bathroom is generous and widely spaced. If you mobility issues, might be hard to get around, but flat is neatly appointed and very cool.

Marco's apartment is truly special. The bedroom is small but the little terrace is priceless and the rest of the apartment is well-maintained and spacious. Marco was very welcoming and attentive. We will definitely come back!!
