The apartment is located on the second floor of a small three-story apartment building, served by an elevator and accessible via a short private pedestrian street. It consists of a room that can accommodate one or two guests in a double bed, an eat-in kitchen, a small balcony equipped for conversation or taking a coffee and reading break, and a full bathroom. All common areas are shared with me, who lives in the same apartment. The climate in the house is peaceful and quiet, and we require the same from guests.
The apartment is conveniently located: 6 minutes by car or 13 minutes by bus from Trieste Centrale station, and 8 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus from Piazza Unità d'Italia. It is also only a 6-minute walk from the University of Trieste. The street is served by several bus lines, which are also active with night service on weekends. Within walking distance is Villa Giulia Park, one of Trieste's largest green lungs, ideal for walks and outdoor workouts.
