Villa Panorama Pool & Garden is distinguished by the greenery that surrounds it and the modern/minimalist design but complete with all the accouterments that will make your stay a place of peace and serenity.

On the ground floor you arrive from a convenient external and internal staircase where to welcome us we find the 4x8 mt pool with double bottom( 90/160 cm) and Roman staircase.

The villa is divided into two independent and autonomous apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor. Each equipped with kitchen, dining/living area with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom.

On the third top floor, connected to both lodgings, we find a dormer room with air conditioning, Jacuzzi for two, French bed, bathroom with shower and a small balcony overlooking the belvedere.

Villa Panorama is located on the belt of hills surrounding Lake Bracciano within the Bracciano and Martignano Regional Natural Park. The park encompasses the territory of ancient volcanoes now inactive and covered with dense vegetation that are reflected in mirrors on the shores like fairy-tale landscapes. Its shores provide opportunities for relaxation but also for sports such as canoeing, windsurfing, sailing and kitesurfing. Motor boating is prohibited, except for the boat, which, in addition to being a tourist attraction because of the beauty of the lake landscapes there, shuttles between the small villages of Anguillara, Bracciano and Trevignano Romano.

Villa Panorama Pool & Garden was born in the beautiful countryside of Trevignano Romano between comfort, pool and views relaxation is certain. The town with its historic center, stores, outdoor cinema and beaches offer the choice of various establishments and water sports. For nature lovers there are white roads that provide wonderful forest and lake landscapes. Thanks to its hillside location and green accouterments, Villa Panorama manages to ensure not only quietness and comfort but also an always cool and pleasant temperature even on the most torrid days. The villa uses the energy of the sun to produce electricity and hot water thus trying to have a minimum impact on the environment.
