My Partner and I were met by Signora Rosa a very lovely lady. Check in was smooth and although we checked in early we were able to leave our luggage in the room and explore the city. The apartment is equipped with everything from European adapters to maps, coffee, juice, milk and pastries. Everything was impecable. This rental is centrally located to the Train Station and Mercato central were you can find delicious food. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay near everything in Firenze.
