An authentic jewel nestled in the Sicilian countryside, our villa is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, prickly pears and agaves. The panoramic view of the sea is stunning, while the sunset provides a fairy-tale spectacle. Welcome to our villa, ideal for two couples or a family. Completely renovated in December 2023, three double bedrooms, a large living room-kitchen with panoramic views through large windows, a large bathroom with a 100x80 shower, wi-fi connection, heating and cooling, induction kitchen complete with all appliances including dishwasher. Traditional architecture reinterpreted in a contemporary way.

Outside, a swimming pool, brick benches (called ittene in dialect), outdoor shower and a backdrop of olive groves, almond trees, vineyards, prickly pears and vegetable gardens. All at your disposal. The atmosphere is one of elegant minimalism, where space and light take over. This villa is conceived with the utmost attention to purity of design: only essential objects find their place, allowing light and space to fill every corner. Here, the interior blends perfectly with the exterior, creating an environment where the beauty of simplicity reigns supreme.

Our guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, not shared with anyone else and including both the villa and the surrounding land. In addition, they will have access to all the cultivated products present according to the season. Please feel free to ask for information so that we can, if possible, fulfill your requests. If your dates turn out to be unavailable please contact us anyway. During your stay, you will have a dedicated person at your disposal both on arrival and departure. You will enjoy total privacy as there will be no other presence on the property. However, the person who will welcome you will provide you with a reference phone number, so that you can contact her in case of need or for advice. Our villa is located in a picturesque hilly area, not far from the town, which is only a few kilometers away. It is important to know that in order to reach it it is necessary to have your own vehicle since it is not served by public transportation. Since there is no house number it is necessary to ask for GPS coordinates. You will always find a person ready to welcome you who will be your reference for any needs throughout your stay. Upon arrival, we will kindly request a copy of the ID card or passport of all guests, including minors, for registration purposes in accordance with current laws. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. There is no daily maid service, but you will find cleaning supplies in the apartment.
