The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, and will enable you to spend a pleasant, quiet time. The living room opens onto a courtyard to the west, which is very quiet and sunny until late, while the bedroom opens onto a quiet street to the east, with an insulating window fitted with a privacy filter. The accommodation is perfect for two purposes: tourism in Paris and business travel.

Tourism in Paris: it's quietly located and very close to a metro line serving several major sites: the Grands Magasins (Lafayette, Printemps, etc.), the Grand Boulevards, the Opéra Garnier, the Louvre, the quays of the Seine, the hypercentre (Châtelet) and the Botanical Gardens with the Natural History Museum (Jussieu metro station).

Business travel: it's quiet and well-equipped. You put down your suitcase and enjoy everything you need: fully-equipped workstation, full kitchen, extended pantry, living room with multimedia equipment including a large TV with ambilight adaptive backlighting system (access to Netflix, Disney+, prime video and local channels).

The apartment is very close to the metro, so you can get anywhere with a minimum of walking.

The building is part of a small, quiet condominium with a shared courtyard. The courtyard provides access to other buildings, bike racks and the garbage room.

You can use the courtyard for quiet fresh air, but not for eating.

As for me, I live on the top floor of the staircase with my husband and daughter, so it's easy for us to interact with travelers who want to and if we're present. It's always a pleasure. It also allows us to offer advice and assistance when needed.
