Before your arrival you must complete a form to access the apartment The condominium is located in Collins Avenue on the Atlantic Ocean in the Mid Beach/Millionaires Row area of Miami Beach, just a few steps from the beach and a few minutes drive to world famous South Beach. The condominium has incredible ocean, bay and city views and year-round bay and ocean breezes. Miami Beach's Mid Beach/ Millionaires Row area has long been very desirable because it is a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian Creek, ocean access boating from the Indian Creek docks! Also, this neighborhood is just a bike ride from Lincoln Road and just minutes from world famous South Beach. Two blocks from Fontainebleau Hotel. Bus Station in front of the building, you can also download the Uber and Lyft app, I believe they are the best option! Fast, easy and cheap. From here you are 10 minutes by car, away from South Beach, Lincoln Rd, Ocean Dr., Midtown, Wynwood, facing South If you prefer to go North to Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor Shops, Gulfstream Park will take between 20 and 30 minutes to get there, always with the ocean on your side. Direct Beach Access - no need to even cross the street. Just take the elevator to LL (Lower Level) and walk past the pool and you are on the beach. There are no streets to cross or ways to get lost which makes it very safe for children.
