Connected to the area of monuments (some within walking distance, such as the Spanish Steps) and shopping (from Via del Tritone to Via Condotti), Toscana 2 is beautiful apartment, on the second floor of an early 20th century building with an elevator. With one bathroom, a master bedroom and a multifunctional space with a fitted kitchen wall, dining table and a second rollaway bed, it can accommodate up to four people.

Recently renovated while maintaining some of the features of the original building, today the space is tastefully furnished in a style that winks at the mid-century, but at the same time offers guests a modern experience: smart TV, induction cooktop, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in all rooms.

We would like to point out that access to the terrace is regulated by the condominium and that for different needs it could be closed on some occasions depending on the building administrator's arrangements. Of course, since it is a shared space, it is necessary to respect certain rules: the opening hours, already mentioned, refraining from excessive noise and respecting other residents (for example, during the rest periods).

By applying in advance, this terrace can also be booked in the evening at a special rate, but keep in mind that the hours may already be occupied, as this outdoor space can be rented for private events.
