Tranquil Canal home w/ direct gulf access ramp, dock, kayaks & bikes

Smoking allowed outside only (not on lanai), ashtrays have been provided. Any indication that smoking occurred inside will incur a $250 fee. Plese note our property is not fenced in and home is on a somewhat busy street. However, dogs are allowed, with a restriction of 2 under 30 lbs, or 1 larger dog (no aggressive breeds). Pet fee is required upon booking. If pet is not included in reservation, pet fee will be assessed and your reservation may be cancelled. NO CATS. Please be respectful of loud noises later in the evening, as to not disrupt our neighbors. Our neighbors are amazing and want you to have fun, but just don’t keep them up with loud music or yelling please. If complaints are made by the neighbors on more than 2 occasions your booking will be cancelled, and you will be asked to leave. Parking is allowed in main garage, parking pad on the right side of the house, along the roadside in front of the house or directly in front of the game garage. Please do not park long term on the boat ramp, as we do allow our neighbors to use it if they need to load or unload any of their boats/jetskis. Please do not attempt to open or unlock the brown door in the 3rd bedroom off the lanai. Please do not leave any hoses or spickets on or use for excessive periods of time. Do not touch pool equipment, valves, or pool timer. Any disruption to the pool equipment will incur a fee equal to the service call to the pool company and any repairs that result. Trash is picked up on Monday and Thursday, and Recycling (blue bin) is on Wednesday. Please take trash to cans and cans to curb on those days, as needed. Excess garbage inside or outside in the cans WILL cause rodents, bugs and animals to show up. Any modifications, adjustments or disruption to exterior security cameras or internet equipment will incur a $250 fine and cancellation of your booking. We can safely accommodate the following sized boats: -Up to 26ft long -Up to 2.5ft draft -Up to 8ft wide -No tall towers or hard tops (due to low tree limbs in path of ramp) If your boat falls outside these specifications, you are still welcome to bring your boat, you just may need to use the public ramp a few blocks down on our street. If you plan to bring a boat or jet-skis, please inform us prior to booking, as we will need to confirm size and require a liability waiver to be completed via Docusign. The canal reaches a depth of 3-3.5ft during low-tide, so boats with larger drafts may need to be trailered during low-tide. Please note the pool is heated with solar.
