It's an art gallery with a gourmet kitchen, open concept shared living /dining room. 3 huge patios with city/ mountain views. We host nude yoga and pool /massage events weekly.

I live with my partner on the lower level in the Immersive 3D black light experience area,

This is a healing environment , so so please leave all fire arms and weapons in your vehicle .
Keeping this a safe environment : respect, communication , and caring for others as you would yourself.
The outdoor areas are available 24-7 , but after dark be careful and keep voices and music down.
Nudity is welcome and encouraged, for some this is their start of self acceptance and being ok in their skin . Sooo eyes are up here, and positive affirmation is expected.
Failure to respect others or not following the simple rules is terms for immediate cancelation of your visit without refund.
