I am proposing FROM NOVEMBER 9-18, 2024 an EXCEPTIONAL apartment for those who want to come to Turin to watch the tennis matches of Jannik SINNER in singles, Andrea Vavassori and Simone Bolelli in doubles and the other top 8 world champions. I am providing the use of one of the two bedrooms (the one with the double sofa bed you see in the picture) because - in that case - I will sleep in the other room.

The house is IDEAL because it is only 200 meters from the stop of streetcar No. 4 that reaches the Pala Olimpico - Inalpi (former Pala Alpitour) in 12 minutes (Sebastopoli stop) where the tournament will take place and this is a remarkable asset since finding parking there is impossible.

And, for those who want to take advantage of the tennis tournament to visit the beauties of the city, all the places of major cultural interest (Egyptian Museum, Mole Antonelliana, Museum of the Risorgimento, etc.) are within walking distance from the house (which is located in the very central area of the so-called Quadrilatero Romano). I make myself available, for a modest fee, to be your guide on these and other itineraries
For those who want to "have fun," however, the house is located within the neighborhood where the LGBT nightlife venues are located

Bright and cozy fully equipped apartment in the heart of the Quadrilatero Romano in front of the church of the Consolata, a few hundred meters from Piazza Castello and some of the city's major attractions, nestled in a historic area of elegant shopping streets, excellent restaurants and fervent evening nightlife.
The Space
The apartment is a fine, finely decorated 65sqm accommodation located in a quiet and elegant late 18th century building. It consists of a master bedroom with 160cm bed, large wardrobe and study/work corner with 1Gb/s wifi fiber, a large open plan living space with dining area and sofa bed (convertible into comfortable 140cm bed with memory foam mattress), a small fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a bathroom with large walk-in shower. The house allows self check-in for access and is also equipped with all the typical amenities of a residential home such as a 55-inch 4k smart TV, fiber optics, dishwasher, washer-dryer
microwave, espresso machine, kettle,

The house is located 50 meters from Piazza Emanuele Filiberto and in the middle of the Quadrilatero Romano.
