Guests will enjoy a fully-equipped private room and access to the entire 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home, filled with unique, campy charm. Each room has its own theme, from the flamingo entryway to the 80s bedroom, with plenty of natural light and privacy. Make yourself at home – clothing optional. Located near the famous, delicious Thyme and Seasons restaurant, this cozy townhome has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
As your host, my goal is to make you feel truly welcomed and comfortable.

-Convenient Parking & Proximity to the Airport: If you’re driving, there’s an open car space in my garage. Flying in? I’m just 10 minutes from the airport, keeping Uber/Lyft costs low.

Noise Levels:
Please be mindful of noise, but the townhouse is fairly sound proof and allows for louder activity or music without disturbing surrounding neighbors.
Visitors & Guests:
Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior approval is given. Visitors for short periods can be allowed, but for safety, discuss with host ahead of time.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not allowed indoors. You may smoke outside in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Pet Policy:
No pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions.
Kitchen Use:
You are welcome to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. I'm also happy to prepare meals, and can discuss with you in advance if you like this option.
