This listing is for the upstairs guest room and loft. The (shared) bathroom is downstairs on the main level. You are welcome to use our kitchen, living room, laundry, pool and patio with outdoor dining area and hot tub at your convenience. Easy freeway access, close to restaurants, parks, walking and biking trails. (Non-smokers only, please)

Guests will have their private room (with flat screen TV and Roku streaming) and loft to themselves. Guests will also have access to a shared bathroom (downstairs on the main level), as well as access to a fully stocked kitchen, living room with 55" flat-screen TV, and patio with hot tub. We have someone who mows our lawn on Saturdays (seasonally).

Please note that this is a shared listing. You will have a private bedroom, but the rest of the living space is shared (including the bathroom). My girlfriend and I live in the house (our room is also upstairs). We are a professional couple with no children. We also have a dog named Blue. She's seven years old, half black lab, half pit. She kind of has the run of the place, so we hope you like dogs. :)

We have another room we rent out, so there will likely be other guests present. Please see our other listing if you would like to reserve both rooms.

Clothing optional means just that. You are free to wear as much or as little as you like while you're our guest. There may be other guests here during your stay, and they are also free to wear as much or as little as they would like. Your hosts are naturists and we follow AANR behavioral standards. If you have any questions or concerns, please message us before booking.

Also please note that this is an upstairs bedroom. The bathroom is downstairs on the main level, and is shared with other guests. There is an additional bathroom available in the basement in case the main bathroom is occupied.
