Alec was a wonderful host and very attentive throughout my stay. Communication was smooth and responsive from start to finish, and everything about the listing was exactly as described. The check-in and check-out process was easy and stress-free, and the location made for a quiet, relaxing getaway. I had a great experience overall and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Alec made me feel very comfortable. A little further to RMNP than I thought, but still very doable. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area again.

Wonderful. In a quiet neighborhood close to Boulder and other northern Denver cities but without the Boulder prices. Cool and spotless 1980's home. Full use of kitchen if desired but restaurants and bars nearby. Hosts were really kind and knowledgeable of the region for tips if needed.
