This is a private room in my two bedroom condo. The room is carpeted, has a full bed, 55" HDTV, and a private bathroom with a tub and shower. There is a closet in the room with hangers for your use, as well as an iron and ironing board. The room also has heating and cooling, with its own air conditioner.
My condo is conveniently located in Capitol Hill, close to everything in the central city. This is considered the "gay" part of town. It is a two bedroom condo, with a living room, dining room, full kitchen, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you need, and you are welcome to anything else.
My condo is decorated pretty masculine, with a leather sofa, cream armchair, permanent pull-up bar, bar height table with four stools, and black and gray paint. The bedroom, though, is a wonderfully refreshing eco-green color with white accents. I chose its colors in honor of my mother.
Parking is available in the area but much of it is timed at 2 hours on the street, except for after 6 PM, all day Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, during which time the parking is not time limited. However, there is a lot directly behind my condo that you can park at hourly or daily for a small cost ($5-$13).
I am gay myself and I personally enjoy watching TV, playing video games, and working out a ton. Let’s load up the Xbox or switch and smoke a joint! I am familiar with all the bars, amenities in the area, and everything else LGBT related that you might need in Denver. I am happy to help you learn about the area and help you enjoy your visit to Denver.
This is a clothing optional home. Feel free to strip down and get comfortable. I do myself but I will totally refrain if needed.
I live in the condo so I will be around, but I am friendly, helpful and a gracious host.
There is a dog park a few blocks away and a dog bag area across from my condo building. I also have plenty of doggie bags if you need any.

I had a great stay. The room was very nice, and having a private bathroom was a big plus. The apartment was very clean, and the interior design was nicely done. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the USB charging station on the nightstand. The host was very welcoming, even with my late arrival, and was easy to talk to. He made the stay feel comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely book here again.

I really enjoyed my stay with Jeremy! The room was clean and spacious, the bed and duvet were very comfortable, and Jeremy had all the basics you'd need - shampoo/conditioner, body soap, charger cables, etc. Very walkable area - close to a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops. And Jeremy is a nice guy - easy to talk to, passionate about his work, and accommodating. I also got to meet one of his friends, who was really nice as well.

Staying at Jeremy's in downtown Denver was a great choice. The location is excellent, being able to walk to so many places of interest right from the condo. Communication from Jeremy was very clear, the room with its own bathroom provided privacy when I needed it, and I had the freedom to use the kitchen or lounge in the living area at other times. Jeremy is very laid back and I was comfortable around him interacting, as well as doing my own thing. I visited on a weekend so was able to park for free on the street without a time limit and not having to park more than a block away. If wanting to visit downtown Denver, consider staying at Jeremy's terrific accommodations and location.

The room and attached bedroom were clean, tidy, and well appointed. However, I didn't feel particularly welcome. I arrived and got shown the bedroom and bath, but not much else, not even where to get a glass of water or how to get in and out of the unit. I had to ask about both these basic things. Also, the host keeps some late hours (to like 3-4 am when I was there) so if you aren't a night owl, that could be an issue.

Thank you for your comment. I'll incorporate the uses of a kitchen and a front door into the user guide. Usually these aren't challenging for people but I know everyone comes from a different basis of understanding.
