Clothing optional - great amenities & services not found at hotels

Currently, if you are here during Mondays or Tuesdays I’m offering a complimentary massage. I’m not a professional by any means but it will be a relaxing massage. I can’t ******** availability during the other days but if it works in my schedule I can try to make it happen.

You will see below what I currently have to offer but I want to customize your stay for what you want. If there is anything missing that you would like, please let me know and I'll see if it's possible.

What is currently available: Enjoy a comfortable private bedroom with a queen size bed and a 50” tv. The rest of the space will be shared with the host. You will be able to lock your room when you are away from the condo.

There is a bathroom right across the hall from the bedroom. Towels, washcloths, and shampoo/body wash is included. The body wash selection has an array of options. A bidet with sear warmer was just added in August. You share the area with the host.

The bedroom has a mini fridge where you can store any food. It also has a supply of bottled water for your stay. There is a small dresser along with some picture books that many gay guys will enjoy. There is a luggage holder as well. You will also find an iron and iron table in the room. There is a fully nude male calendar hanging in the closet but if you don’t want that the host will take that down.

There is a kitchen available. I’d prefer for you to keep items in your mini fridge in your room but if you don’t have enough room you are welcome to put any extra items in the main fridge. You are also welcome to use the dishes, appliances, and stove.

The living room has two comfortable leather couches.

There is a round table in the living area you can use as a workstation as needed.

The loft also has an extra room with a tv. If you are a fan of horror slasher movies or horror from the 90s you will have to check out this space for some vintage posters.

There is a private balcony with seating perfect to enjoy the Denver air while having a cup of coffee.

Christmas decorations will be up from early November to early January. They are mainly in the living room.

Fun things you might not get at other bnbs:

The host will have pointers on finding the best LQBTQ hangouts and hookup places in the Denver area.

Upon request there is a dvd player with a selection of gay videos from 80’s, 90’s, and 2000’s.

Depending on availability the host can pick up or drop off at the airport or drive to other locations (but may charge a small fee way less than an Uber/Lyft ride.)

A coffee bar is provided (located in the kitchen.) This is a Keurig with a variety of coffee flavors and brands along with the option of decaf. There is also a selection of Tea and different flavored creamers.

You can park in the parking lot. It is not covered. The condo is on third floor and you can only get up there by using stairs. The only private camera is the Ring Doorbell before you enter the condo.

Within 20 minutes driving distance of Denver. About 20 minutes (depending on traffic) from Denver International Airport.

The host is extremely hospitable but also respects privacy and will give space when requested.

As mentioned this listing is clothing optional and if requested by the guest they will be as well.
