The Reveal
Come enjoy Denver and all the beauty that surrounds the city. Paul and his husband Philip's recently remodeled 1,000 sq ft basement is a spacious, clean, and sanitized two bedroom suite for your enjoyment. Queen beds in each room, pullout queen bed in the living room. Separate entrance (through shared back yard), bathroom, full kitchen, dining space. Families, groups, or couples welcome. High chair and bathroom step stool for little ones. 420 friendly. 5 minutes to Downtown, 20 to foothills, one hour to Continental Divide. Paul and Philip live in the main house above the guest apartment. We are always available to our guests via phone or text. Guests are likely to see us coming and going, and we are happy to interact with them as desired. The entire perimeter of the house is under surveillance; there are no cameras inside the apartment.

Centrally located in the Northside of Denver, we are on the corner of four great neighborhoods. We're located in the Sloans Lake neighborhood, and are across the street from the Highlands, Lower Highlands, and Jefferson Park neighborhoods. We're about 5 minutes from I-25, and Downtown Denver is just on the other side of the highway. A 10 minute drive to Capitol Hill (the gayborhood) however all restaurants and bars in the area are allies; lots of rainbow flags all over Denver!

Your well behaved dogs are welcome. We have four cats upstairs, you will hear them! Keep in mind, we are in a very urban space with a small, paved yard. As long as they will be happy here, they are welcome. No parties. Additional daytime guests are fine. Cannabis may be smoked inside, cigarettes or other smoked tobacco products may be enjoyed in the backyard. Vaping is permitted inside. Early check-in at 8 AM; Late check-out at 4 PM. We can sleep 6 with two queen beds and one queen pullout, keep in mind there is only one bathroom. Follow waste sorting for recycle, compost, and trash inside and outside. Follow all posted signs in unit. Do not launder anything belonging to the suite. Washer and dryer provided for your items for your convenience.
