A beautifully remodeled one-bedroom garden level apartment with private entrance located in Congress Park near the heart of the city. This stylish mid-century inspired retreat is within walking distance of the Denver Zoo, Botanic Gardens, Nature and Science Museum, Cheeseman Park and City Park. Only 15 minute drive to Union station and 5 minute drive to Cherry Creek Shopping Center. Close to several public transportation options on Colfax and Colorado.
The 800 square foot one-bedroom apartment is in the lower level of a thoughtfully updated 1930s brick craftsman style house with all of the original character. It includes a spacious kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom with heated floors. Shared laundry room is also available. Enjoy a meal or relax in the fenced in back yard garden with access to a gas grill.
Gay owners live upstairs and we welcome all guests. I am happy to be social with our guests or leave you to relax and enjoy the space. In the spring and summer we are clothing optional in shared spaces including the garden, hot tub, and outdoor shower.

Congress Park is a tree lined quiet neighborhood with brick craftsman style bungalows and houses. 12th avenue has restaurants and shops including Blue Pan Pizza and Peter's Chinese for local favorites. 5 blocks from 9th Ave and Colorado Blvd plaza which has a movie theater, Trader Joe's grocery, fancy coffee shop/bakery, and several restaurants including Culinary Dropout.
There are plenty of LGBTQ+ bars on Colfax Avenue and in nearby Capital Hill Neighborhood.

Had a wonderful stay at Taylor's B&B. The place is immaculate fully stocked with amenities and in a beautiful neighborhood. Parking and finding the unit were seamless with very easy check in and check out. Taylor answered all my questions before and during the stay timely, excellent host and communicator.

What a beautiful home and garden. Taylor and his husband were great hosts. Enjoyed the hot tub and garden in the nude. It was nice to have a little oasis in the city.

Fabulous hosting, wonderful accommodation, excellent, friendly communication. Garden and hot tub really special places to hang out - naked if you wish - loved the hammock. Really lovely neighbourhood with easy access to some lovely shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed being able to run down and around the park in the mornings. Don't hesitate if you are looking for a fun, friendly and relaxing stay in Denver.

Taylor offered an incredible space! The description almost undersold the accommodations! It was a full apartment that was decorated and equipped as if it was his own space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable space, in a beautiful neighborhood that has easy access to anywhere in the city!

Perfect home away from home! Taylor's place was the perfect setup for a few days in Denver. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is walkable to everything you need. The apartment is spacious, cozy and so tastefully decorated. Bed is also super comfy! The private entrance opens to a beautiful garden and outdoor patio/hot tub. Perfect outdoor space for relaxing. Taylor was a great communicator and made sure the stay was perfect. Highly recommend Taylor's home

Taylor's place was a fantastic choice for my trip to Denver. He was very communicative from the moment I booked and throughout my whole stay, and the check-in process was seamless. The place itself is super cute. They did a great job decorating and stocking the place with anything you could need/want. The rain shower head and the bidet were especially nice touches. Sadly I was too busy to use the hot tub, but that's always a nice amenity to have when on vacation. Would definitely stay again.

This is the best ******** I have stayed in. Very stylish, clean and close to everything. Taylor was very kind and helpful with local suggestions. Moving forward, I will always stay at Taylor's when I visit Denver.
