Just An Easy Getaway

We were in Denver for meetings. It was convenient, and the bed was comfortable. We didn't get to meet Paul, but he kept us updated on where to park off-street, and how to meet his friend to get the key, etc. I would stay there again.

Paul is a lovely host. While the apartment is on a busy street, it's still quiet. It's close to a few good places to eat if you are up for a short walk too

Where does one begin with this place? The short version of this review - you'd probably be better off at a homeless shelter or just camping at Civic Center Park. If you're looking for a clean place, this is not that place. From an inch of dust on almost every surface to spoiled food left to decay on the kitchen counters. This is what you'd expect if you were staying at a frat house, not a property holding itself out for rental on this platform. I realize everyone has their own standards for cleanliness but come on, I'd be embarrassed to say I live here, much less try to get money for renting a room out. Now on to my room. I felt like this was his personal bedroom that he was letting me stay in, complete with the family pictures on the dresser and his clothes in the drawers and closet. Am I renting a room from you or am I the trick for the night? All in all, avoid this place in its current state. There are much better places to stay, that are in better neighborhoods for a comparable price.

Paul was a great host who communicated with us before, during and after our stay. He was able to flex our check in time and met us personally upon arrival. Great location close to Trader Joe's and good restaurants.

Paul's place was great. Very well located right next to Trader Joe's, lots of great restaurants and not far from nightlife. It was just as described, very comfortable and safe. I will love staying here again!

Nice, comfortable home. Convenient location to a variety of stores and restaurants. Easy walks to some attractions and short rides to downtown.

We were very satisfied with the place, it was clean and the host was very communicative with us. I would stay here again if our travels end up Denver again!

Paul is a gracious host with the perfect blend of hospitality and privacy. We communicated in advance of my stay and he met me at his apartment when I arrived. Cute space. Comfortable bed. Close to parks, restaurants, and a short jaunt to downtown. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Denver.

Paul was very friendly and extremely attentive. He phoned and chatted about the condo and Denver attractions a couple of times. The condo was clean and homey. Great location three blocks from Trader Joe's. My first misterb&b rental and a very good experience!
