Bright and sunny 2 story private guest suite in nice Hilltop/Mayfair/Crestmore home. 1 bed, 1 bath, granite counters and stainless appliances, vaulted ceiling and skylights. 2 Private Balconies and very quiet. Hardwood floors on 1st floor and carpeting upstairs in the bedroom. Bathroom is off the bedroom with granite countertop and glass shower doors. Private outdoor space with outdoor dining set and loveseat. Fenced in and safe for pets. ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED IN WRITING PRIOR TO BOOKING. There is a $35.00 per pet fee. Paid prior to arrival directly to us. Great neighborhood, close to Cherry Creek, Congress Park. Glendale, Uptown and City Park, Zoo, Botanic Gardens Stock Show and Downtown. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk/drive. Close to National Jewish Hospital, Rose Medical, Saint Joseph Hospital, Children’s Hospital. Easy access to DIA and I-70. Close to Trader Joe’s, King Soopers and Safeway grocery stores. Includes WIFI, Cable, Share Hot Tub, share laundry. Second bedroom available.

This place was awesome! Totally private - heart of the city - spacious- comfy. Further you have a private backyard patio and separate second floor balcony. The hosts were super friendly and helpful! This will be my go to when in Denver!

Amazing, friendly and hospitable hosts with an incredible apartment in an ideal location! Communication was always quick and check-in/out was super easy. Highly recommend Brad and Evan's place. Don't skip this gem! No question, this is my go-to spot in Denver from here on out!

Great location! I found the apartment to be in a great neighborhood that allowed to easy access to the surrounding area and the downtown area. The hosts were great responding and I actually got to run into one of them on my last day. Great job!

Brad and Evan were perfect hosts. They made us feel at home, gave us lots of recommendations, and were friendly and helpful. Their accommodations were perfect. We had everything we needed. The location is ideal, a short drive to many attractions. Just around the corner from a bus stop. Friendly dogs too!

Great day. Super friendly hosts. And they were helpful with good restaurants in Denver. You can't go wrong if you stay here. Oh and they have lovely, snuggly dogs.
