Totally private, beautifully finished, well-lit basement apartment. There are complimentary teas and k-cup coffee, as well as breakfast goodies to tide you over until you hit the town. The washer and dryer are yours to use along with detergent and fabric sheets. Free off-street parking.
I live in the unit upstairs and can answer any questions you may have during your stay.

Please remove your shoes once you enter the property. There is a boot tray to the left of the entryway. A carpet cleaning fee may be assessed if shoes are worn downstairs.

This is not a party house. You're of course welcome (and encouraged!) to enjoy yourselves, but please be mindful of the neighbors later in the evening and remember that there are full-time residents living in the unit above. Thank you!

No smoking in the house whatsoever. The ******** will be assessed if you smoke inside. ***If you smoke outside, please don't throw butts on the patio or in the alley; dispose of them in an outside trashcan.
