Located on a quiet street in Romainville, just outside Paris, it’s only a 5-minute walk from Metro Line 11, which takes you to République in 13 minutes and Châtelet in 18 minutes.

You’ll share the common areas of the house with me:

🛋 Large living room on the ground floor, with plenty of seating and a smart TV offering access to a wide range of streaming platforms 🛁 Bathroom with a bathtub, located upstairs, right next to your bedroom 👕 Walk-in closet and laundry room in the basement 🚻 Two separate restrooms 🌿 Private 90 m2 garden, accessible via a secure staircase from the kitchen terrace, as well as at ground level from the lower floor

🔑 Self-check-in via a secure key box: this allows you to arrive at your convenience.

🐈‍⬛ A cat also lives in the house. Clean, quiet, and adorable, he has his own space and supplies in the basement.
