Please respect our beautiful home and furnishings. We love this house as much as you will. HOUSE RULES • NO SMOKING • NO PARTIES OR EVENTS • NO PETS • Guest agrees and to abide by the following: 1. Renter must confirm their identity with homeowner by forwarding a copy of their identification, i.e.; valid Government issued ID which shows their current primary residence address (Driver’s License) within 24 hours of booking, failure confirm their identity could result in guest's reservation being cancelled. In addition, all guests (18 years and older) must supply host with a copy of valid photo government ID which shows their current primary residence address. 2. Minimum age requirements, Renter must be a minimum of 25 years of age 4. NON-SMOKING HOME - Smoking Outdoors ONLY 5. NO PETS ALLOWED – Guest arriving with pets will not be allowed on the property. Guests found with a pet will have their rental terminated and required to immediately leave the property, without refund. 6. Check-in time between 4:30-9 PM and Check-out time is 10:30 AM. 7. Renter agrees to return the property at check-out in the same condition as check-in. 8. Renter accepts full responsibility for any and all damages or losses inflicted upon the house, its contents and/or property. The Property Owners and Management shall NOT be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of personal property of any kind. Guests are solely responsible for the safety and security of all persons in the house, including children, at all times during the rental period. 9. REFUNDABLE ********: A ******** of MEX $4000-$10000* is due 5 days before check-in date and will be processed and then charged from guest’s credit card. The ******** does not apply towards the rental fee. The ******** will be refunded in full within 7 days after departure provided guest has followed the house rules and there is no loss or damage to the property. In the event that damages exceed the amount of the ********, Renter will forfeit their ******** and the credit card on file will be charged with the amount of the damages; a detailed invoice of all charges will be supplied. 10. Any loss or damage to Geoffrey Chapman/Casa Loretta properties can be deducted from your ******** including but not limited to the following: number of guests exceeds that which is listed on the rental contract, replacements and repairs that are considered outside normal wear and tear, conditions that require excessive cleaning/laundry or rearranging of furniture that has been moved, replacement of missing items from unit (including beach towels), soiling of towels, linens and carpets, costs to replace keys and misuse of items belonging to the property. 11. If there are any issues, breaks or malfunctions let us know as soon as possible 12. Additional Cleaning Fee 13. Unregistered guests are not permitted during the day or evening. Only paying customers are allowed. Should the number of people change from the time of initial booking, renter agrees to report the change to host prior to arrival.
