We are committed to providing you with an unforgettable experience during your time with us. To maintain this standard, we present our strict rules and regulations: Check-in and check-out times. - Check-in is from 1:00 PM onwards. - Check-out is at 11:00 AM. In case you require a late check-out, there will be a charge of $200.00 MXN, which will be charged directly as a ******** if you check-out after 11:00 AM without prior notice. Check-out and cleaning Once you have checked out, it is imperative that you vacate the living areas and go to the main lobby on the first floor. This is mandatory, as from that moment on the cleaning team will enter the rooms and common areas to perform the necessary cleaning. Please note that if you need to leave after this time, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance, and an additional charge will be applied depending on the duration of the extension. Please note that you are not allowed to stay in the lobby for more than one hour after check-out. Rules and Regulations of Coexistence At Mr. Herold Homes we share common spaces with other travelers who, like you, are looking to enjoy their stay. In order to ******** a harmonious coexistence, we ask you to respect the following rules: Common Areas - Access is allowed exclusively to the 1st floor, 3rd floor, 7th floor and Roof Garden. 1st Floor: Work area and desk 3rd Floor: Bedrooms, living room and kitchen area. 7th Floor: Gym (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM) 8th Floor: Roof Garden (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM) - Strict hours of silence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following day (in case of non-compliance with this rule, a fine of $500.00 MXN will be charged). - Keep the volume of TV, tablets or phones moderate at all times in the TV room and living area. - Subscribing to pay TV channels is not allowed. - Eating is not allowed in the TV room and living area (a fine of $500.00 MXN will be charged in case of non-compliance with this rule). - Please turn off the TV when not in use and keep the living room furniture in perfect order. - The use of the TV room, living room and kitchen is suspended from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the following day (in case of non-compliance with this rule, a fine of $500.00 MXN will be charged). Kitchen and Dining Area - Please use only basic kitchen utensils. - Consumables are individual and are not provided by Mr. Herold Homes. - Please wash and dry utensils immediately after use (a fine of $500.00 MXN will be charged for non-compliance). - Once you have washed and dried the utensils you have used, you must put them away and not leave them on the clothesline. - It is strictly forbidden to leave dirty dishes in the kitchen or common areas (a fine will be charged).
