Hello there! Welcome to my home. I'm very happy to welcome you! To ensure that we have a peaceful, comfortable and mutually respectful experience, I've prepared some rules for living together. Please read them carefully. House rules Cigarettes and similar: For everyone's comfort and health, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. We have a pleasant terrace where you can smoke to your heart's content. Kitchen and Food: The kitchen is at your disposal! Feel free to use my utensils, pans and appliances to prepare your meals. I also provide the basics, such as salt, sugar, vinegar and oil. I only ask that you kindly refrain from consuming food and drinks that are for my personal use. Cleaning and organization: Kitchen: After cooking, please wash, dry and put away the dishes and utensils you have used. Common Areas: I ask for your cooperation in keeping the common areas we use, especially the kitchen and living room, always clean and organized after use. Returning from the Beach: Rio's beach is a delight! To help keep the apartment clean and free of sand, please stop by the service terrace on the 6th floor to wash your feet before going up to the apartment. Privacy and spaces: I value our mutual privacy. Please do not enter my room uninvited. For your total comfort and safety, your room has a key and is your private space for the duration of your stay. Visitors: For everyone's safety and privacy, it is not permitted to receive outside visitors who are not included in your booking. Respect for the Neighborhood: The building is residential and quiet. Please be discreet when entering and leaving, and avoid making noise in the corridors and stairwells so as not to disturb the neighbors. Quiet Hours: We ask for your cooperation in keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 9am. Safety: Your safety is my priority. When leaving and going to bed, please make sure that the apartment door is properly locked. Saving Resources: I appreciate it if you can turn off the lights, air conditioning and other electronic devices when you leave the room or apartment. The planet thanks you! Check-out: On the day of your departure, please leave your keys at the agreed place and take one last look to make sure you haven't forgotten any belongings.
