A recently and stylishly renovated 3-room Haussmann-style shared apartment (65 m2), located on Boulevard Barbès, 40 meters from the Château-Rouge metro station (Line 4), on the fourth floor, with double-glazed windows.
Shared living room, bathroom, kitchen, and toilet.
On weekdays, Monday through Friday, I go to bed around 10:30 p.m. and wake up at 6:30 a.m.
NUDISM is allowed throughout the apartment.
Non-smokers only, and no pets.
The apartment’s kitchen includes a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a washer-dryer combo, and a dishwasher.
Shops, supermarkets, a movie theater, a hammam, restaurants, and bars are nearby.
