A bright, quiet, year-round apartment between Pantin and Les Lilas, near Pré-St-Gervais. A 10-minute walk from the Hoche and Église de Pantin metros, and 15 minutes from Mairie des Lilas. All shops, bars and restaurants are nearby. Cultural venues are also nearby. The apartment is around 29m2, perfect for a couple or two people, even if the sofa in the living room allows one person to sleep comfortably. It's a small, friendly, family-run building, where partying is not allowed, but if it is, the neighbors are very friendly. I would ask travelers to remove their shoes in the apartment - slippers are provided!
