★ PARKING: Convenient parking is available on the premises for up to three vehicles.

★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: Package delivery to the door; guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages.

★ PROVISIONS: Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.

★ GUEST SCREENING: A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.

★ SAFETY: We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.

★ EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Stroll through streets lined with high-end boutiques, trendy cafes, and incredible art galleries, where there’s always something new to discover. Enjoy a bite at a chic eatery or sip a cocktail under the stars – the Design District is your perfect playground for fashion, food, and fun! Driving or uber is recommended. Host and Keep Vacation Rentals will arrange any additional services during your stay.

GUEST COUNT: Book for the exact number of guests; no additional guests without host approval. Subletting is not permitted.

Trash & Recycling Rules: All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the green bin with the lid completely closed, while the blue bin is strictly reserved for recycling. Please ensure no regular garbage is placed in the blue recycling bin, as the city will refuse pickup, and incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 fine to cover the city fee.
