Welcome to my stylish and central home in Berlin 🤗

I offer a sleeping space in my living room, which is a walk-through room between the kitchen and my bedroom. You sleep on a comfortable sofa in a clean, modern apartment in an amazing location.

Location My home is right at Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz - a few minutes from Alexanderplatz, Hackescher Markt, great cafés, LGBTQ places and everything Berlin has to offer. U-Bahn and streetcars are literally around the corner.

Please note This is my private home and I share it occasionally with respectful guests. There is no separate bedroom - you sleep in the living room, and I might pass through the room quietly when needed.

No extra or unregistered people. 5. dates and visitors: - Dates or visitors are only allowed if we talk about it first. Let me know in advance. 6. check-in and check-out: - Check-in: From 3:00 PM. - Check-out: By 11:00 AM. 7. use of Kitchen and Bathroom: - You can use the kitchen and bathroom, but please leave them clean. 8. no pets: - Sorry, pets are not allowed. 9. respect and communication: - Be kind and respectful. Amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, communication was smooth and easy from the start, and everything was perfectly organized before my arrival. The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and located in an excellent area close to everything in Berlin. I was even welcomed with a glass of wine, which was a lovely touch. The room was perfectly prepared, comfortable, and very pleasant. I have absolutely nothing to complain about and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
